Terms of Service

BluePrint provides personalized BaZi (Chinese metaphysics) readings, forecasts, and insights based on your birth information. Our Service uses ancient BaZi principles combined with modern technology to deliver personalized content including daily forecasts, career guidance, wealth insights, and personality analysis.

The Service is intended for entertainment and personal development purposes only. It should not be considered as professional advice for financial, medical, legal, or other important life decisions.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period.

We offer a seven (7) day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligible Refund Circumstances:

• Technical malfunctions, software glitches, or rendering errors that materially affect the delivery or display of your reading
• Demonstrably incorrect readings resulting from verified system errors in processing your birth date, birth time, or birth location data
• Failure to receive your reading or PDF report due to technical issues on our end

Refund Process:

To request a refund, you must submit a written notice to our support team within seven (7) days of your purchase date, clearly stating: (a) your dissatisfaction with the Service, (b) the specific reason(s) for your refund request, and (c) any relevant documentation or screenshots demonstrating the issue. Upon receipt of your written notice, we will conduct a manual review of your account and reading. If the issue is determined to be caused by incorrect user input (such as erroneous birth date or time entry), we may, at our sole discretion, offer to generate a corrected reading at no additional charge in lieu of a refund.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

Refunds shall NOT be issued for the following reasons:

• Disagreement with, dislike of, or dissatisfaction with the content, interpretations, or predictions contained within your BaZi reading
• Subjective opinions about the accuracy or applicability of BaZi metaphysics principles
• Failure to achieve desired outcomes or results based on the reading
• Change of mind or decision not to use the Service after purchase
• Inability to access the Service due to user-side technical issues (device compatibility, internet connectivity, etc.)

BaZi readings are based on traditional Chinese metaphysics principles and reflect interpretations of cosmic energy patterns. The nature of such readings is inherently subjective, and disagreement with interpretive content does not constitute grounds for a refund. By purchasing the Service, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for providing the Service to you.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ALOR FUTURES HOLDINGS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

BaZi readings and forecasts are based on traditional Chinese metaphysics principles and are provided for entertainment and personal insight purposes. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or applicability of any readings or predictions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALOR FUTURES HOLDINGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ALOR FUTURES HOLDINGS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the app settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
